Please note that if you have enabled the notification feature and are not receiving it, or only receive the notification when you relaunch the app, you may need to go into your device’s settings and give the app permissions to run and/or push notifications as a background process. Many phone manufacturers, such as Samsung, Sony, Huawei, and Xiaomi, disable this feature by default to preserve battery life.
