You can conveniently use the main services provided on the Supreme Court Internet Registry website from your smartphone.
In the 'Real Estate Registration View' and 'Corporate Registration View' menus, you can quickly view registration records through search target and electronic payment.

You can check the current processing status of the application case in the ‘Registration application case processing status’ and ‘e-Form application processing history inquiry’ menus.
In the 'Check issuance status' menu, you can check whether the certificate of registration has been issued, and in the 'Registrar office search' menu, you can check the registry office jurisdiction and location information.

In addition, you can check registration-related information, regulations, notices, etc. through the menu.


[Menu composition]
1. Real estate registration inspection
- Search for viewing object: You can search for viewing object by simple search, entering location number, and road name.
- Electronic payment: Payment can be made via credit card, mobile phone, or prepaid electronic payment method.
- View registration certificate: You can view the registration certificate of the real estate you paid for.
- Unviewed: You can check the unviewed list after payment and view it within 3 months.
- Re-viewing: You can check and view the re-viewing list within 1 hour after the first viewing.
- Real estate information summary table: You can view summarized real estate information about the subject.
- Confirmed date: You can search and view the status of assigned dates for houses.

2. View corporate registration
- Search for a viewing object: You can search for a viewing object by entering the name, registration number, registration number, and Roman letters.
- Electronic payment: Payment can be made via credit card, mobile phone, or prepaid electronic payment method.
- View certificate of registration: You can view the certificate of registration of the corporation that made the payment.
- Unviewed: You can check the unviewed list after payment and view it within 3 months.
- Re-viewing: You can check and view the re-viewing list within 1 hour after the first viewing.

3. Registration application case processing status
- Real estate registration: You can search the current processing status information of the application case by entering the location number, road name, and registration number.
- Corporation registration: You can search the current processing status information of the application case by entering the name, registration number, Roman alphabet, and registration number.

4. Check e-Form application processing details
: You can collectively check the current processing status of applications for real estate and corporate registration electronic standard forms submitted by you.

5. Check issuance
: You can check the issuance of real estate, corporation, chattel bond collateral, and other registered certificates by entering the issuance confirmation number.

6. Registry office search
: You can check information such as the location of the registry office through the jurisdiction of the registry office and the name of the registry office.

7. Real estate registration electronic signature
: When applying electronically for real estate registration, you can check application details such as attached documents and sign electronically with a public certificate.

8. Public certification management
: You can copy public certificates between your smartphone and PC.

* Even if you do not agree to the optional access permissions, you can use the main services of the Internet Registry Office app (viewing registration records and inquiry of application case processing status, etc.), but there may be restrictions on the use of some functions that require permission.
