-Notice-
1. Safe Home Service cannot receive normal control services outside of Asan City.
2. There may be some delays due to the operation of the control center after the emergency report.
3. Location information may appear incorrectly in underground, indoor and dense areas of buildings, resulting in inaccurate service.
4. Of the products officially sold through domestic carriers, Android OS 7.0, iPhone IOS 9.0 or more stable operation, and the lower version may be limited to install and use.
5. When using the emergency report shake function, set the appropriate number and strength in the configuration menu to reduce the false report by the "daily shake".
-To test the number and strength of shaking, turn on the "Test" on the upper right corner and test. If you do not turn on the test, an emergency report will be made and the police will be dispatched.
6 Depending on the smartphone specifications, some functions may not be supported. (Emergency Shake, Flash Function, etc.)
7. Safe home service is used in the risk area, since it runs in the background after running the app, it consumes a lot of battery. If you do not use, please close the app completely.
8. Data rates are incurred when emergency data transfer is set to video or photo. If you don't want to use it, please change it to Unused by using the top left setting button.
