In accordance with Article 22-2 of the 『Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.』, users are being given consent to the “app access authority” for the following purposes.

1. Android OS 6.0 or higher

[Optional access rights]
 -Camera: Take photos of supporting documents (passport, etc.)
 -Microphone: Chatbot consultation through voice recognition, product search
 -Storage: Chatbot counseling storage, proof document (passport, etc.) photo registration

2. Android OS 6.0 and below
[Essential Access Rights]
 -Device and app records: Check the app status (version)
 -Wi-Fi connection information: Check the Wi-Fi network status when running the app
 -Network: Check the app network status when the app is running
 -Camera: Take photos of supporting documents (passport, etc.)
 -Photo / Media / File: Chatbot counseling storage, proof document (passport, etc.) photo registration
 -Microphone: Chatbot consultation through voice recognition, product search

3. Information
※ The access permission of the yellow balloon app is implemented by dividing it into mandatory and optional rights, corresponding to Android OS 6.0 or later.

※ Consent to the optional access right is received when the right is required. If you do not agree, you can use the yellow balloon service.

※ In the case of Android OS 6.0 or lower, individual consent is not possible for the item, so all items are subject to mandatory access consent. It is recommended to upgrade the Android OS version to 6.0 or higher in order to select optional access rights. In addition, even if the Android OS version is upgraded to 6.0 or higher, the access rights in the existing app are not changed, so you must delete the app and reinstall it.
