[Notice on app access rights]
* In accordance with the establishment of Article 22-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. and the revision of the Enforcement Decree, we will inform you of the access rights required to provide KB Life Insurance services as follows.

[Required access rights]
* Phone: Used to connect to the customer center and check device identification information required for security. Phone numbers are collected and transmitted to enable the Digital ARS function.
* (Android OS 13 or higher) Notification: Used to receive Push Message notifications using Digital ARS.

[Optional access rights]
* Camera: Used for information for attaching documents (taking photos) and verifying ID.
* Photos and videos: Access to photo files stored on the device and used for information (image files) for document attachment.
* Location: Used to find your location on the map.

** You can use the service even if you do not agree to allow optional access rights, but there may be restrictions on the use of some necessary functions.

[Phone number information collection and use facts]
* phone number :
- When the KB Life app is first launched, it collects/transmits your phone number to enable the Digital ARS function.
- We collect/send your phone number for authentication when logging in.

[App permission setting guide]
The app permission setting function has been applied since Android OS 6.0 version.

It is difficult to agree to optional access rights when using Android OS 6.0 or earlier.
To consent to optional access rights, use the following method:
You must check whether the operating system can be upgraded before upgrading.

1. Check whether OS upgrade is possible in the [Smartphone Settings] > [Software Update] menu.
2. Upgrade if OS upgrade is possible

Even if the operating system is upgraded, the access rights agreed to in the existing app do not change.
To reset access rights, you must delete and reinstall the app you have already installed.
