• From daily new "Today's Mission" to "This Week's Mission," which focuses on your health throughout the week, enjoy a variety of missions.
• Connect your life log with Health Connect to manage your health by tracking your steps, blood sugar, and blood pressure.
• We interpret your health checkup results for easy understanding, and our health experts provide personalized health advice and management plans.
• Our coaches, comprised of nutritionists, exercise therapists, and other health experts, help you manage your health and complete missions in a fun and easy way. Ask us anything you have about health!
• Find helpful health information organized into five categories: nutrition, exercise, psychology, diseases, and general knowledge.
