Description
Using this app, you can submit your personal number (My Number) by simply taking a photo of your personal number card or notification card + driver's license.
If you do not have your personal number card or notification card, please inquire and obtain one from an external organization (Deposit Insurance Corporation/Local Government Information System Agency).
You can report it.
In addition, with this app, you can register your public money receiving account with the government (Digital Agency) in addition to notifying your personal number (My Number).
Recommended for those who want to report their personal number (My Number) safely and easily!
■How to use
Reporting your personal number (My Number) using this app can be used by the following people:
・Those who have an individual number card or notification card that shows their current name and address
・Those who have not changed their name or address as reported to the Bank
■Application process
1. Please have the following documents ready and download the app.
・Individual number card or notification card + driver's license
*If you do not have your personal number card or notification card in hand, you can also inquire and obtain them from an external organization and submit the notification.
・A document that shows the store number and account number of the customer's savings account, such as a cash card
2. If you have selected to register for a public money receiving account and have an individual number card or notification card, select the confirmation document to be submitted (individual number card or notification card).
3. Enter your email address
4. Enter the confirmation code received via email into the app
5. Enter the account information for your regular savings account
6. If you have an individual number card or notification card, take a photo of your verification documents (individual number card or notification card + driver's license)
7. If you wish to report to a financial institution other than Mitsubishi UFJ Bank, please select the financial institution you wish to report to.
8. Check the customer's notification details

■Note
・If there is a change in your name or address that you have provided to our bank, you will not be able to use this app. Please confirm that the name and address written on your confirmation document (personal number card or notification card) are your current name and address.
・Customers using the adult guardianship system (adult guardianship, curatorship, assistance, voluntary guardianship), bank account with business name, and customers living overseas cannot report their personal number (My Number) using this app. For details, please contact your dealer.
・If you root your device even once, the app may not start or work properly.
