This displays the current heart rate on the smartphone screen when exercising while watching a video on the smartphone.

Of course, you can also measure your heart rate without a smartphone, using only a smartwatch equipped with Wear OS.

The measured heart rate progress is saved to your smartphone, so you can look back on it later.
A smartphone is required to check the saved data, but data recording can be done only with Wear OS.
