- Hyakugo Bank Smartphone Banking is for individual customers who have a regular savings account with Hyakugo Bank and use a cash card.

*This service is not available for business use.

- Accounts registered with Hyakugo Bank Smartphone Banking will be switched to passbook-less accounts, so you will no longer be able to use your paper passbook. (If you would like to use a paper passbook, you will need to complete the procedure at a Hyakugo Bank branch office.)

- With Hyakugo Bank Smartphone Banking, you can check transaction details for the past 10 years before the switch. If you need to keep details from more than 10 years ago, please make entries in your passbook before switching.

*You will not be able to make entries in your passbook after switching.

- Only those who do not have an account with our bank can apply to open a regular savings account (general account). After launching the app, apply from "Those who do not have an account."
- Regular savings accounts (general accounts) and foreign currency regular savings accounts opened through this app are passbook-less accounts and seal-less accounts that do not issue passbooks.
- We may decline to accept any transactions at our discretion.
- When using Hyakugo Bank smartphone banking, the customer is responsible for any communication fees incurred during download and use.
