[Regarding login errors]
If you are unable to log in to the app and the login error keeps appearing, the following steps will resolve the issue.
・Uninstall and reinstall the app. *Recommended
or
・Delete (erase) the app's data (storage).
*The menu display may differ depending on the device, but the basic steps are as follows.
└Method 1. From the device's settings app

Settings app > App management > Select this app > Storage and cache > Delete data

└Method 2. From the Rakuten Insurance General Window app icon

Long press the icon when this app is not running > App information > Storage and cache > Delete data

■Introduction to the "Rakuten Insurance General Window" app

[Feature introduction]
・Confirm the details of your contract with the Rakuten Insurance Group smoothly!
You can check the details of your contract with Rakuten Life Insurance, Rakuten Sompo, and Rakuten Pet Insurance in the "Contract List".
You can make insurance claims, change contract details, and make inquiries smoothly from the app.

※You will need to log in as a Rakuten member to check the details of your contract.
※It may take more than two business days for the details to be reflected in the "Contract List" after you have signed the contract. It will not be reflected on the same day.
※The details of Rakuten Sompo's "Rakuten Super Easy Insurance", "Rakuten Sompo 1-Day Insurance Series", and "Rakuten Bank Small Amount Safe Insurance" contracts will not be displayed in the "Contract List". Please check the My Page for each product.
*Rakuten Sompo's contract details will only be displayed in the "Contract List" if you have signed a contract yourself via the Internet. If you have signed a contract using a designated device based on a paper application form or a suggestion from an agency (recruiter), it will not be displayed in the "Contract List". Please be aware of this in advance.

-Equipped with a "Everyone's Insurance Diagnosis" function that allows you to see the insurance status of people with similar conditions to you!
By simply selecting gender, age, family composition, etc., you can see the trends of what kind of insurance people with the selected conditions have and how much they pay in monthly premiums.
In addition, advice from financial planners is also posted. It will be helpful for choosing insurance in the future.
