■ How to Use
1. To use this app, you need a Seven Bank cash card.
② To prevent fraudulent use, the first time you use the app, you will be asked to enter personal authentication information such as your account number and cash card PIN.
*If you have reported a lost cash card, please register after having it reissued at your nearest branch.
③Accounts that can be registered to the app include current deposits, savings deposits, term deposits, installment term deposits, foreign currency current deposits, foreign currency term deposits, card loans, and purpose savings. Only accounts under the same name can be registered.
*Up to 20 yen and 20 foreign currency deposits can be registered.
④You can register up to one account per smartphone with this app.
⑤If you change your device model, please install the app on your new smartphone and re-authenticate your account.
⑥About deposit and withdrawal notifications
・Deposit and withdrawal notifications apply to both your main account and sub-accounts.
・Notifications will be sent for deposits and withdrawals that have occurred since the last notification.
・Only applies to transactions that have not been confirmed in the app.
・Notifications may be delayed or even impossible depending on the smartphone device itself, model changes, communication status, our bank's system, etc. Please be sure to log in to this app to check your latest deposit and withdrawal details.
