・Measures your sleep quality and time and compares it to your "optimal time". The next morning, an alarm will sound when your sleep is light, giving you a comfortable wake-up call

・Based on your age and body type information and your health concerns, we will combine 10,000 recipes to suggest the perfect meal for you

・Simply take a photo of your body with your camera to measure the size of each part of your body that you are concerned about. You can record changes in your body shape with the app

・You can use the biometric authentication login function by registering your ID and password for the customer-only website "MY Hoken Page"

・Meiji Yasuda events and insurance contract information will be sent to you via push notifications
