By using biometric authentication (fingerprint authentication), you can log in immediately.

3. You can use it safely and securely with a one-time password!
If you use a one-time password, your one-time password will be automatically entered for transactions from the Juroku Bank Internet Banking App.

[How to use one-time password]
In order to use a one-time password (Juroku Bank Internet Banking App), you will need to apply for a one-time password from Juroku Direct and register on your smartphone.

[Points to note]
-To use this service, you must apply for personal internet banking "Juroku Direct" in advance.
-To prevent phishing (protection from malicious websites that illegally obtain personal information), you must allow the "Accessibility Services" permission on your Android device.
* "Accessibility service" is used to obtain only "information about visited websites". The acquired information will be used only to determine whether the website you are visiting is the correct one, and will be discarded from the app after the determination has been made.
-Virus scan settings can be changed from the gear mark "Settings" on the top right of the "Juroku Bank Internet Banking App" top screen.
-If you root your device even once, the app may not start or work properly.
*An error may occur even if you have installed the tools necessary for rooting.
-To use biometric authentication, you need to configure settings from the gear mark "Settings" at the top right of the "Juroku Bank Internet Banking App" top screen.
*You cannot use this service if your smartphone does not support biometric authentication (fingerprint authentication).
