3. Enter the required information such as login password and log in.

4. Take a photo of your personal number confirmation document with a camera

5. Take a photo of your identity verification document with a camera and send it

6. After we confirm the details, we will notify you via email that the procedure has been completed.

After applying for the procedure from the PayPay Bank homepage (or after applying for the procedure at our customer center), please take a photo of your identity verification documents with your smartphone camera, and the application will be completed. *Available only to individuals and sole proprietorship customers. For corporate customers, please complete the procedure from our website.
*It may be difficult to recognize the document if it is photographed in a place where light reflects on the photographed material, where there is a pattern in the background, or if the photograph is taken from an angle.
The process will be easier if you hold the smartphone and the document horizontally to reduce light reflections and take the photo.
