[Video call procedure flow]
1. Select procedure
Select the procedure you want to complete on the app.
2. Photograph your My Number card or driver's license
Take a photo of your My Number card or driver's license and cash card or passbook, then wait your turn.
3. Video call with a bank employee
When it's your turn, start a video call with a bank employee and register the necessary information while you talk.
4. Confirm application details
Confirm the details you registered and register your signature and PIN.
⑤ After the procedure is completed (sending documents)
Depending on the procedure, the bank will send you a cash card, passbook, and documents.
