Individual customers with a Hokkaido Bank savings account who have a cash card issued by the bank.

[Usage Requirements]
● Smartphones with Android OS 8.0 or higher
● Support for devices running Android OS earlier than 8.0 has ended, so please update your OS.
*This applies to devices sold by docomo, au, and SoftBank.
*Even if you use the above environment, the service may not function properly depending on the model and device settings.
