Features of the Higo Bank App
1. Check your account balance and transaction details, and make transfers and transfers anytime, anywhere!
For regular savings accounts, you can view up to 10 years of details. You can also use the memo function to look back on your data later.
Even if you don't have an internet banking subscription, you can easily make transfers and transfers using the app.

*3... Applies to personal loans where the registered account is used for repayment.

■Eligible Customers
Individual customers with an account that has already been issued a cash card.
*Identity verification as specified by our bank is required.
*Surrogate cards are not eligible.

■How to Use
After downloading the app, follow the on-screen instructions to register your account.

1. A valid email address (required to create an app account)
2. An account with a cash card (savings or regular savings account)
*You will need to enter and authenticate your registered bank phone number to verify your identity.
*If you currently use internet banking, you can also authenticate with your account card information instead of step 2.
