●Individual customers: Chuugin app
*You can log in using the Chugin ID when using the passbook app.

●Customers who are sole proprietors: Chugin Business Portal

This is the official app of Bank of China.
We have prepared a convenient function for your passbook on your smartphone.

You can instantly check your balance and deposits and withdrawals without having to record books or log into internet banking. Starting the app is safe with fingerprint authentication.

[Useful functions]
■Multiple passbooks can be registered in one app!
■With memo function! Please use it instead of a household account book.
■Easily search old statements!
■We have many passbook designs available!

[Easy registration, no need to visit the store]
Please prepare the following three items.
■Smartphone
■Cash card
■Email address

[Accounts that can be used]
●Applicable to individual customers' ordinary deposits (*1) and general account time deposits (*2).
*1 A cash card must be issued.
*2 Separate volumes are not eligible.
●User registration for "Chuugin ID" is required. If you have not registered, you can register during the initial settings of the app.

[Recommended OS]
Android 5.0~10.0

[Notes]
●Cannot be used in conjunction with a paper passbook. If you switch your passbook to the app, you will no longer be able to use your passbook at that point.
●If you want to change from an app to a paper passbook, you will need to complete the procedure at the counter.
●You can easily transfer data when changing models. Simply download the app on your new smartphone and enter your Chugin ID.
