Description
Vincit Omnia is an application dedicated to Vincit customers to simplify the request for quotes. Through the application a registered customer has the possibility to request a quote for certain categories of products by selecting the type of product, the brand, attaching a photo of the label and a panoramic photo of the product and describing the problem.
A Vincit salesman will take charge of the request for quotation in question by sending, as soon as possible, an offer. The latter may be accepted or refused by the customer who may, in the case of confirmation, indicate the possible shipping method.
The customer, via the app and via e-mail, will be informed in real time of the progress of his request.
