The security of your current account is our top priority. This is why access to the Raiffeisen app is also protected by the “Raiffeisen ID” app. It forms your personal access key and makes complicated passwords superfluous.

The most important functions of the Raiffeisen app:
- Inquire about account movements
- Make transfers
- Top up your mobile phone or South Tyrol Pass
- Pay car tax and banker's receipts
- Make payments in favor of the public administration using PagoPA
- Find Raiffeisen branches and ATMs nearby
- Activate the Raiffeisen bank card (debit card) for use outside Europe or block it if it is lost
- Query movements, remaining availability and limits of the Raiffeisen bank card
- Query the latest news from your Raiffeisenkasse or useful emergency numbers (e.g. if a card has to be blocked)

The prerequisite for using the Raiffeisen app is:
- Activation of a user for Raiffeisen Online Banking
- Activation of the “Raiffeisen ID” app for authentication
If you already meet both points, you can simply download the Raiffeisen app and activate it yourself.
