Description

PeopleWork is the application that facilitates the interaction between the worker and the company in full mobility thanks to a new simplified mode and its multiple functions.

Among the most important features of PeopleWork are:

- access as a standard user, observer or manager with advanced functions
- geolocalized stamping
- stamping with reason
- stamping via QR Code
- QR Code reading and the possibility of associating a stamping direction
- justification of stamping anomalies quickly and autonomously
- management of stampings with attached reason
- display of the details of the hours worked for each day
- entry and management of requests for holidays and permits
- display of the updated situation of holiday and permit accruals
- entry and management of requests for travel and expense reimbursements
- display of personal documents processed by the Payroll Office (LUL, CU, forms, etc.)

Important: to access PeopleWork it is necessary to enter the credentials provided via email and that the worker's company has signed a contract for the use of the application and has communicated all the data necessary for drawing up the company organizational chart.
