Sesamo FSE: the APP to access your Electronic Health Record, consult your health documents, view accesses and manage your consent.
Sesamo FSE is the APP to access the Electronic Health Record of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region.
From Sesamo FSE it is possible:
1) consult and download your health documents
2) manage the blackout of their health documents
3) view the accesses to the ESF
4) manage the consent to the ESF
5) upload additional documents in the "Personal notebook" section
The documents that populate the Electronic Health Record are:
1) Anatomy Pathology reports
2) laboratory reports
3) reports of visits and specialist services
4) Hospital discharge letters
5) Reports of First Aid
6) Synthetic Sanitary Profile
IMPORTANT: you can access Sesamo FSE if you are a client of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region and if you have SPID level 2 credentials (https://www.spid.gov.it/)
