IMA Sentinel not only monitors machine conditions in real time 24/7, but collects raw data and translates them into meaningful and valuable information, leading to improved plant efficiency. By suggesting smart and dynamic actions that are continuously updated, by providing statistics on machine data and real average performance, it is possible to optimize production processes.
IMA Sentinel is an open platform capable of communicating with all ERP and MES systems, it can connect to all types of machines and receive and analyze data from all PLCs.
