The GeeoCare app allows all of you Geeo customers to monitor active services and the status of your infrastructure
...allows you, new customers, to experience the thrill of being a Geeo customer, with the security and control that Geeo allows you to achieve 🙂
Here's what you can know, with a simple click:
- Status of the data center, through the diagnosis of the main components of the infrastructure
- Status of existing hardware maintenance contracts, both with Geeo and with third parties
- Status of the main software licenses in use
- History of ordinary and extraordinary technical activities (RDI)
You can also proceed to open a support request!

Usage notes:
Access credentials can be requested by all our Customers who have one of the GeeoCare technical assistance contracts active.
The application also provides "guest" access without credentials which allows access for demonstration purposes and the opening of a general assistance request to Geeo.
