WITH VOI AUTOTORINO is the service that allows the policyholders of Nobis Insurance Company and Autotorino to receive video call assistance, 24 hours a day, from the Operations Center or the Medical Service directly on smartphones and tablets, thanks to a practical and intuitive application mobile.
To access the service it is sufficient to have an active policy and fill in a simple registration form ..
Once the app has been downloaded and registered, for the entire duration of the policy, it is possible to make a video call with an operator or a physician of the Central to obtain a service provided by the policy, such as a medical consultation, a roadside assistance, sending a plumber home.
