Ludus

Description

In the early years I worked in classical gyms and also as a personal trainer, but I didn't like these methods. In classic gyms they aim to take many customers, with the excuse of a price almost given, but then they find it hard to help you in your training. On the contrary, the personal trainer follows you in every step of the training and beyond, but it costs a lot more. My dream was to create a place where you could better train followed by a professional, with a price accessible to everyone. We invented a place halfway between the gym and the personal trainer: LUDUS.

Ludus is the name where gladiators trained. They were slaves who fought to change their lives. Nowadays we are slaves of our body, of our fears, and of a sedentary lifestyle, but, like the gladiators, I would like everyone to improve their life, winning their battles. Everyone has their own challenge. Some would like to stop having back pain, others to improve in their sport. Some would like to take their shopping home effortlessly, others would like to improve their bodies, or be able to raise their nephew again. This is the Ludus. We will train you to the best to beat your challenges and gain freedom.
