Welcome to the first sociolinguistic application of Brazil!

- Designed by a professor of linguistics Uerj prepared by a scientific initiation scholarship from Uerj and developed by a systems development analysis student at Simonsen, this application seeks to disseminate and expand information on the Portuguese spoken in Brazil.

- We use informal language to address the various types of "errors" that the spoken and written language are accused of committing. From the classic "we go" and through "iorgute" and "seje" are cases that are explained in a scientific way, based on research and comparative analysis.

- Divide the "errors" in three categories (sounds, words and phrases) and each category is a list. After choosing the "error", the user is taken to a screen where you can get explanations of various levels, starting with the grammatical explanation, through a brief review and finishing advanced considerations.

- We hope that the application fulfills its function to assist teachers and students of primary and secondary education in the task to better understand the complexity of linguistic phenomena, with the awareness that "errors" is a term that does not apply to the examples above.
