eCase

Description

eCase is an official mobile application for the Unified Portal for Electronic Justice of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Bulgaria for access to the electronic database of court cases. The application provides an opportunity for any user with a registered profile to view court cases with public and court-granted access with registration. Access to the cases is passive with the possibility of viewing, reading and downloading attached documents, as well as serving electronic court documents.

eCase is paired with your user profile via a QR code generated on the web version of the Single e-Justice Portal. Through the application, you can easily access court case data and documents anywhere, anytime.

In the application you can find information about:

• Electronic folders and chronology of court cases with public access;
• Electronic folders and history of court cases with access granted;
• View upcoming hearings on court cases with access granted;
• Review and service of electronic subpoenas.
