From tracking the rider and the precise route he takes, every turn and stop, to tracking order status in each stage of delivery. You can track when the order is picked up, on its way, to how long it’ll take to reach.The Swyft team has created a zero manual work structure for itself. Orders are picked and delivered using QR Code Scanning. This ensures that whatever package the rider picks is delivered in a more streamlined system. Swyft also has a vendor portal integrated in the app through which vendors can get real-time information on anything and everything about each order including confirmation tags when delivered, canceled, or if an order is undergoing ‘reattempt’. After scanning and fetching the order, the status of the order will be simultaneously changed in the vendor portal. All of this will be done Swyftly so as not to delay any updates to vendors and keep true to Swyft’s real-time tracking goal. Parcels will be allocated to you using a Zone-wise planning system. You will pick the stock from the Swyft warehouses and deliver them right at the customer’s doorstep. After a successful delivery, you will mark the specific order as “Delivered” which will quickly appear in the vendor portal as well.
