Pratibha Screening

Description

The aim of the android app Pratibha is to introduce a tested screening procedure in the hiring and promotion process at the supervisory level. This new screening procedure will administer a set of questions to prospective and/or existing supervisors, calculate their scores, and rank them by their predictive productivity at a supervisory role. The questionnaire ranges from demography to managerial practices and personality traits etc.
The developed app simplifies the experience of taking the test for the users by introducing audios, visuals, animation, multilingual support, etc. It also allows the existing employees as well as aspirants to take the test. The participant is also provided with instant feedback on their personality traits in an easy to understand format. The management or HR will further get a score on each participant on the backend to help them make a decision.
