The operation is very fast and easy:
- Select the pick-up and arrival point you want within the Canillo parish (from Meritxell to Bordes d'Envalira).
- Choose when you want to be picked up or define the time you want to arrive at your destination.
- Choose how many people will come with you.
- Select the option that suits you best and ... voila!
- Follow the location of your vehicle in real time until it reaches the collection point.

Also, if you live or stay in one of the towns of the parish, L’Uclic comes to look for you very close to you, since you can select collection points in:
- Meritxell
- Prats
- El Forn
- L’Aldosa
- Ransol
- El Tarter
- Soldeu
- Bordes d'Envalira (Peretol)

This service is available every day of the week from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., so you can move whenever you want.

You have many options to book your journey:
- Make a reservation at any collection point in the parish.
- Indicate which are your preferred routes and memorize them for future routes.
- Manage your reservation: you can modify or cancel your reservation up to 20 minutes before collection.
- Make a reservation up to 7 days in advance.
- Make reservations for several days in advance.
- Evaluate the quality of the service.
