Flex'Hop is an application offered by the CTS (Compagnie des Transports Strasbourgeois) to allow you to manage your trips by public transport on demand (offline Flex'Hop 72 managed only by telephone on 0800 200 120 - free call - from Monday to Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday and public holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. except May 1).
With Flex'Hop, find an itinerary, reserve one or more seats in a vehicle, modify or cancel your reservation for a trip made by public transport by reservation in the chosen areas within the Eurometropolis of Strasbourg.
Flex'Hop allows you to move from one stop to another within a defined zone, but also to fold back or start your journey from certain connector stops outside the zone in question.
The Flex'Hop service is only accessible by reservation, from two weeks to thirty minutes before the desired departure.
To travel in Flex'Hop vehicles, all you need to do is have a valid CTS transport ticket and validate it when you get on.
