Résa’Tao is an “all-in-one” application allowing you to search, reserve, modify or cancel your transport on demand across all TAD zones in Orléans Métropole.

Résa’Tao is a flexible, dynamic and personalized public transport service. It allows you to move from one stopping point to another within the defined transport zone and to fall back on one of the stopping points outside the zones.

This transport service is only available by reservation. The simple and ergonomic application allows you to book your trips in real time and up to a month in advance. You can also book your trips consecutively over several days.

The service is open to anyone with a Tao transport ticket. You can book the same trip for several people.

Thanks to the Résa’Tao application, you can:

- Register for the service
- Search and book your trips to travel to all stopping points in the area
- Indicate your favorite journeys so that the application keeps them in memory
- Modify or cancel your reservations in real time
- Be informed in real time about your transport with notifications: confirmation of the exact time of passage
- View the approaching vehicle on your phone
- Express your customer satisfaction by evaluating your journey once it has been completed
