Description
The Opioid Rotation Calculator takes into account all opioid analgesics registered in Russia.
When transferring a patient from one opioid analgesic to another, the program helps:
calculate the equivalent dose;
apply the required% reduction;
familiarize yourself with tips and warnings on rotating a particular opioid;
read the official instructions on the use of the drug to which you are transferring a patient;
familiarize yourself with the clinical guidelines for the medical treatment of chronic pain in children and adults in the provision of palliative care;
familiarize yourself with recipe samples.
