gr8gen - Military Archive

Description

The gr8gen project is something I have been wanting to do for a long time. I have had hundreds of my grandfathers WWII images in my desk and in boxes for years, never knowing what to do with them or where they would end up when I was gone. I didn't feel it was appropriate to just upload them to Facebook or Instagram ,so this is how the gr8gen project started. The gr8gen project is intended as an easy way to use existing technology to get all military images that are in closets, boxes, desks, family photo albums, etc.. into the cloud. Take a picture of a picture and upload it so it can be stored forever and not lost. This keeps the memory of those brave men and women alive and is a rememberance of the sacrifices they made so we can have the freedoms we enjoy now.
