Logirem+

Description

Logirem+ is an exclusive free application for Erilia tenants who were with Logirem before July 1, 2024, as well as for those who moved after this date into accommodation formerly managed by Logirem. Other tenants of Erilia must download the mobile application 'Erilia - Bien chez moi'.

Logirem+ allows tenants to be informed of news about the life of their residence, to consult their account, to pay the rent, to contact service providers.
Only Erilia tenants who were Logirem tenants before July 1, 2024 or who moved, after July 1, 2024, into a residence managed by Logirem before July 1, 2024, have the possibility of using Logirem+ provided with their number Customer and Third Party Number with the smartphone whose number is known to Erilia.

The application allows you:
- to be informed thanks to the news feed of your residence,
- to consult your account balance and find out your next due date,
- to pay your rent,
- to request a rent receipt,
- to follow the requests you have made to Erilia,
- to contact the service providers responsible for maintaining your residence or the customer relations center,
- consult practical advice or frequently asked questions.
