Description

Entrinsic Connect is a supplementary app to be used in conjunction with the Entrinsic Connect platform which you can register with on our website at www.entrinsic.io.

Highly customisable software-based visitor access control, intercom, communication, surveillance, movement detection, gate, barrier and door opening software platform, comprising this app, Entrinsic Connect, which is for both responding to visitors at your kiosk, opening gates, doors and barriers, and configuring your kiosk; the separate Entrinsic Connect Kiosk app (the actual kiosk); and an online administration Web App.

Features include:-
* Kiosk panel with visitor & delivery features (separate app)
* Automated door, barrier and gate opening
* 2-way video and/or audio intercom
* CCTV
* ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition)
* QR code key entry
* Movement detection and snapshot storage
* Configurable to work as general two-way comm/support device
* Supports multi-tenant property (e.g. apartments/gated communities/office buildings/golf clubs)

This app is used to interact with the kiosk in a number of scenarios:

* Opening the gate, barrier or door - this can trigger an opening of the entryway either through GSM/text or bluetooth relay where it is in use.
* Connecting ‘on demand’ to the camera - the kiosk acts as a CCTV camera that can be accessed by any authorised app users.
* This app can also proactively connect a two-way video call, without needing someone to activate it from the kiosk. This is useful if you want to ‘appear’ on the device or broadcast something, akin to a shop assistant asking a browsing customer - ‘can I help you?’ without them having to ask.
* Receiving notifications - such as people wanting access (i.e. they pressed the Visitor or Delivery button), ANPR (notification of when the gate was opened automatically), QR code entry, movement or kiosk outages.
* Viewing snapshots (images taken automatically on a schedule, when there is movement or when the ANPR was activated), and logs.
* Configuration of the kiosk, such as allowed number plates, PINs, Keys, and some device settings.
* Reviewing video messages (if nobody answered the call)
* This app can be a kiosk in its own right - for example, a dedicated device could be centrally situated in an office environment or home, and makes a ringing sound alerting nearby users that a visitor is waiting.
