Description

With the mobile application "One window. Housing and Public Utilities "now you do not need to go to the cash desk, bank or subscriber department to pay or resolve any issues. By installing the application, you can online:
• find and pay for services by PA number (GUID);
• bind several addresses/PMs (GUIDEs) to one account, creating groups, for example: "Home", "Parents", etc.;
• transfer readings of metering devices and view the history of their changes;
• view debts and accruals for services, taking into account the transmitted readings of metering devices;
• make payments for selected groups/PA/services using any cards issued by Russian banks;
• view the history of operations;
• set up distribution of electronic copies of fiscal receipts for payment by e-mail;
• contact technical support on emerging issues through feedback.

What do you need to start using the app?
1. Download the One Window App from Google Play. Housing and communal services" and install it on a phone with Android OS 5.0 and higher;
2. Register by mobile number. phone via SMS confirmation or through a Google account;
3. Add a GUIDE (address/PM) or multiple GUIDEs (address/PM);
4. Enter your e-mail to receive checks and pay for services.
