This suite constitutes a number of inter-related applications of which the following are available currently, with more to come soon:

1. Leave Approval Application: AM/NS Employees will be able to apply for leaves and get them approved by their managers from within the app. Features include, but not limited to:

• Apply for Leave
• View Leave Balance & Applied/Approved/Rejected Leaves
• View Holiday Calendar
• View Pending Leave to be Approved (Manager only)
• View previously Approved/Rejected Leaves (Manager only)
• Approve/Reject Leaves (Manager only)

2. Travel Approval Application: AM/NS Managers will be able to view and approve Applied
Travel Requests. Features include,

• View Pending Travel Requests to be Approved (Manager only)
• Approve/Reject Travel Requests (Manager only)


WHAT'S NEW

1. Space optimization: Now the new application is absolutely lightweight. Size of an application has been reduced from 36.55MB to just 9MB.
2. Separate dashboards for Employees and Manager. This will provide ease of accessing specific data and processes.
3. Leave Application and Attendance Regularization made easy and been provided as a separate option.
4. Who’s who feature - Global directory incorporated to extract employee’s contact information.
5. Improved Travel application: Loaded with new functionalities i.e. Check Travel History, Approve pending travel request.
6. Incorporated bug fixes and performance improvements.
8. Incorporated “My profile” to get information about the self.
9. Easy to use Mobile App that works seamlessly with Intranet's Employee Directory
10. Team details: Only for Manager to get the details of their own team members to stay connected.
