Swing Fitness is transforming parks into health and wellbeing hotspots. Swing Boxes, which are located in parks and contain a variety of dumbbells and kettlebells, are accessed using the Swing App. The Swing App provides users with a library of workout videos, to guide them on their fitness journey.
