The mobile application of the HM KGIR Customer Service System in the Ministry of National Defence, in organizations under the direct control of the Minister of National Defense and in the Hungarian National Defense Service, contract soldiers, voluntary reservists and their employers, civil servants, soldiers, civil servants and their employees who are serving in the Hungarian Defense Forces can apply for customer service support after downloading the application and provide self-service functions for personnel, military, administrative and financial procedures, the cases they can initiate. The employer provides the user name and password required for the application to the person concerned. Before logging in to the mobile application, you must log in to www.ugyfelszolgalat.mil.hu at least once (changing the password is only possible on the website). After logging into the application (entering a username and password), the application offers the option to set a PIN code, which must be provided to customers each time they log in or start the application. You can skip this step, but without a PIN, you can log in with just a username and password. You can change your PIN at any time by confirming your current PIN, new PIN, and new PIN.
