The application supports electronic notification of employment with simplified employment.

The legal effect of the submitted notifications is the same as the legal effect of filling in and submitting the electronic data sheet 22T1042E published by NAV.

Reports submitted by the application will result in a tax liability!

The main features of the application:
- Custom Reporting: A simplified data submission option that allows a reporter to register employees in minutes.
- Advanced reporting: provides efficient data entry and submission in case of multiple employers, larger employees or repeated submissions
- Employers and employees: it is used to record the data of the notifier, and the data of frequently employed employees can also be saved here
- Previous notifications: Previous notifications can be viewed and withdrawn within the time limit set by the Simplified Employment Act.
- Accounting functions: supports the preparation of the employer's monthly summary declaration (electronic data sheet 1408): exports the recorded employment data and sends it as an e-mail attachment to the specified address
- Settings: save basic settings, customize

Prerequisites for the application to work:
- Customer gateway registration
- Authorization to submit (this cannot be verified by the software, NAV rejects the notification for unauthorized persons and indicates this in the notification repository)
- Internet connection for submission

Safety information, restrictions, conditions
- The application asks for the Customer Gateway identification for security reasons every time it is submitted, saving is not possible
- The application cannot check whether the submitter is entitled to submit a report on behalf of an employer, so it also saves as a successful submission which the NAV rejects after checking the report.
- Customer Portal notifications about the notification cannot be viewed in the application
- The user's previous notifications before using the application will not be displayed by the application.

Known error:
For the Lenovo S850, you cannot open the data export from the default mail client on the phone. If you are using such a device, please open the attachment from another alternate client (eg Gmail). The error was not detected on other devices and clients.
