After months of R&D, brainstorming with markers and post-its, meetings with organic coffee, and tests with our team, we launched our new Eboca Wallet app with which you can shop at all our coffee, beverage, and snack machines.

Eboca Wallet makes buying and recharging balance in our machines easier, faster and safer.

* Send direct messages to our customer support team.


HOW DOES IT WORK

1. Open the app and choose the closest machine you want to use or scan the QR code that you will see on it directly with your camera.
2. Your balance will be sent and you will be able to select your favorite coffee, snack or drink.
3. Confirm your selection in the app and choose if you want to pay with points or credit.
3. If you want to recharge you can do it with your debit/credit card. You just have to choose between the amount you want to top up: €10, €20 or €50. You can also use cash.
4. The next few times you will not need to re-enter all your payment information, we have spoken with the bank to keep it safely. We never see
we save your data.
5. Enjoy your favorite coffee. If you have any questions or problems you can write to us directly in the app, in the 'Messages' menu.
