Description

Mindfulness Coach Explorer is designed to help you learn and practice mindfulness. This app was probably recommended to you by a qualified provider or scientist.

This app provides:

- a guided training plan to help you learn the basics of mindfulness practice
- free, unlimited access to dozens of mindfulness exercises and more as they become available
- answers to many questions about what mindfulness is and what it means
- tools for tracking your daily goals and your progress over time

Mindfulness Coach Explorer is not intended to replace face-to-face clinical care.

This app is being reviewed for safety and feasibility and is designed specifically for those already enrolled in an authorized user experience study. The app REQUIRES a username and password to fully unlock.
