Description
MDT Report a Problem is an official app of the Montana Department of Transportation.
MDT RAP allows the travelling public to easily report problems to the department, such as pot holes, fallen rock, broken signs, guardrail, issues with lighting, traffic signals, dead animals and more.
MDT asks the user to provide the type of problem, a short description, and the location information.
By logging into the app the user can track the progress of their reports and provide other information to the department that helps us more efficiently maintain our public highways.
The user can select their current location by utilizing the GPS of their phone or they may select the location on a map, provide the address, or pick the highway and mile marker location.
The submission are logged and routed to the appropriate Maintenance Division.
MDT's mission is to serve the public by providing a transportation system and services that emphasize quality, safety, cost effectiveness, economic vitality and sensitivity to the environment.
