GPS360 simplifies the logbook process and ensures that every trip is correctly recorded. An incomplete and incorrect logbook is a thing of the past.

Legal Provisions

The legally enforceable driver's log in small or large companies requires great attention because it must be filled out completely. According to the tax office, manual entry via an Excel table is not proper, since there is no protection against manipulation and the data can be changed manually afterwards. In the worst case, this can lead to the logbook being only partially recognized or not recognized at all by the tax office.

Detailed data collection

Our electronic logbook meets the prescribed, legal requirements and records all the necessary data such as:

• Vehicle used (number plate)
• Date of trip
• Start and finish location
• Mileage at the start and end of the trip
• Duration and number of kilometers
• Type of trip (business/private)

As required by law, the logbook is available continuously for 7 years and can be exported as an Excel, CSV or PDF file for further use.
