What is gRide Go?
Getting around and to campus has never been easier. Say hi to gRide Go - a new mobile app brought to you by gRide (Genentech’s Transportation team) powered by Via that provides on demand rides around the SSF Genentech campus!
How does gRide Go work?
- gRide Go is an on demand system that takes multiple passengers heading in the same direction onsite and books them into a shared vehicle. Using the gRide Go app, select from various DNA shuttle stops on campus and the app will match you with a vehicle and get you on your way. We’ll pick you up at a DNA shuttle stop and drop you at your requested destination. Our smart algorithms provide journey times and live tracking so that you always know where your ride is.
How Can I Request A Ride?
You can get a ride in three easy steps:
1. Download the App!
2. Login with Genentech or Sign Up and create an account
3. Request a ride (any GNE shuttle stop within the service area)
How long will I wait?
You'll always get an accurate estimate of your pick-up ETA before booking. You can also track your vehicle in real time in the app.
