Description

Sports coach for 8 years, I created this application in order to help you put all the chances on your side to achieve your goal.


The application contains:

- A personal space, allowing you to fill in your information (weight and measurements ...) to visualize your own evolutionary curve as you progress.
- A nutrition area, with a table of nutritional equivalence to vary your diet while respecting your diet, as well as personalized nutrition advice.
- A video space by exercise to provide you with maximum information to achieve your program safely.


For my students, the application also offers:
- Your weekly sports program updated during the weekly assessment.
- Your sports program of the day to be done, with videos reminding the basic principles and postures to be adopted for each exercise, as well as a component to clarify your feelings.
- Your personalized diet with a table of nutritional equivalence to vary your desire to diet while respecting the daily intakes provided in your diet.
