- Declare a claim: enter the circumstances of your claim and attach up to 3 photos to complete your claim. Once the declaration has been sent, the PACIFICA services (LCL Insurance subsidiary) will contact you.
- Management of your current claim: in order to simplify / accelerate the processing of your file, you can send the supporting documents requested by your manager in real time.
- Dealing with a "broken glass": if you have subscribed to the broken glass option, easily find a specialist in automotive glass nearby thanks to a geolocated directory.
