CSI Helsinki develops legal case management software for law firms of all sizes.

CSI Lawyer® covers all functionality required to manage and invoice legal cases in medium-sized and large law firms. It offers flexible coordination of case-related tasks between team members as well as easy monitoring of their deadlines. It enables managing a customer register and user rights. Related documents and e-mail messages can be attached to legal cases, making them available for the whole team.

CSI Lawyer’s sophisticated invoicing functionality enables creating preliminary invoices automatically and having them reviewed within the system, speeding up the invoicing process significantly and ensuring that all work gets invoiced.

CSI Lawyer integrates to 3rd party software such as document management systems, customer relationship systems or financial management systems. Its key functionality can be used also in Office Outlook where it is possible to make time entries directly from e-mail messages, calendar appointments and tasks.

With CSI Mobile it is possible to register billable time entries to CSI Lawyer from mobile devices. CSI Mobile also enables monitoring and editing earlier time entries and provides a weekly summary of the user’s registrations.
